Tip: Comfort items are actively encouraged, especially in the first few weeks. There is no rush to leave them at home.

Named water bottle (water only — no juice)
Meals are provided. You do not need to send a packed lunch or snacks. JLK provides freshly prepared meals throughout the day. A small food charge applies for funded-hours-only sessions.
