Tablets
A tablet can reach the clock, child data and the concern forms. A personal phone can only if it is approved below. Revoke the moment one goes missing — it takes effect on the next thing that device asks for.

Add a tablet
Easier done on the tablet itself at /staff/kiosk.html, which stores the token for you. Use this only to see what a device would be called before you set it up.
Approved devices
A phone, tablet or computer that is not a nursery tablet, approved for one named person so the Hub opens in full on it — care plans, medication, records that name a child. Managers and directors only. An approval runs out on its own and can be revoked in one tap.

Approve a device
You get a six-character code, not a token. Read it to them; they type it at /staff/my-device.html on the device they want to use. The code lasts 30 minutes, works once, and only for the person it was issued to — so it does not matter if it is overheard.
Before switching the Hub’s own check on
The Hub is recording what it would refuse, and refusing nothing. This is that
list. While there is anything in it, switching DEV_ENFORCE on would take something
offline — most likely a tablet that was set up before devices were enrolled.
PINs
A PIN cannot be looked up — they are stored hashed, so nothing here can show you one. A forgotten PIN is replaced, not recovered. That is deliberate: anything that could tell you one person's PIN could tell you everybody's.
