📝 Handover Log
Every handover note written on the nursery tablets, who read it and who didn't, and "Today so far" for any past day.
Kept for 12 months, then deleted automatically.
"Not read by" means clocked in at that nursery on a day the note was showing, and did not tap Read on the tablet. "Also in that day" means they had already clocked out when it was written: they are not counted as not reading it, and if it was for their room or the whole nursery, the tablet shows it to them under "Since you were last in" on their next shift (within 7 days). Safeguarding worries never go in a handover note; they go to the DSL.
