🌱 New starters
New starters, and anyone who hasn't done the Hub's induction yet: their induction (due in 30 days; anyone already past that on 19 Oct has until 18 Nov), required training, Safeguarding Acknowledgement (due in the first week) and 30/60/90-day check-ins.

Induction counts the 8 steps on the induction page; a step is done when every box in it is ticked, and step 8 includes the manager's in-person sign-off. Required courses are the ones the training chase uses. "Not signed" means not signed digitally — a paper copy on the staff file isn't known here. Check-ins show only whether someone answered, never what they wrote. None of this holds back anyone's timesheet.
