🗣️ ANONYMOUS · DIRECT TO THE OWNERS
Ask a director
Something you want the founders of JLK to know — but not through your line manager. Send it here. Anonymous by default. Read personally.
What this is for
Every JLK team member has a line manager, a room leader, and a site manager who are the right people for 99% of what comes up day-to-day. This is for the 1% that isn't:
- Something you can\'t say through your line manager — because it involves them, or because it just doesn\'t feel right that way
- An idea that would improve JLK — big or small, if you have thoughts on how we could do better
- A concern about a colleague, a room, or a site that you feel needs the directors to know
- Something that would sound too big or too small for a normal conversation
- Praise for someone specific that you want the founders to hear about
How this is anonymous: Nothing about your identity is captured. Not your staff code, not your device, not your session. The directors will only see the message you write and the urgency you pick. If you write something that identifies you (a specific site, a specific room, your role), that\'s your choice — but the system won\'t identify you for them.
What we won\'t do: we won\'t try to guess who sent it. We won\'t punish anyone for anything sent this way. This channel would stop working the first time we did.
What might happen next: if what you send is genuinely urgent (a safeguarding concern, a real safety issue), we\'ll act. If it\'s an idea, we\'ll consider it in our next director meeting. If it\'s something we should discuss with your whole team, we\'ll bring it up in a way that doesn\'t identify you.
