A JLK Bronze course takes 20–25 minutes · Silver 25–30 minutes · Gold 30–40 minutes. Like most early years settings, CPD is completed in your own time as part of your professional development — most staff find 30 minutes on a couple of evenings a week is enough to stay on track. Your progress saves automatically on any device.

A badge is earned when you complete all courses at a given level in an academy. You'll see a tinted preview of the badges you're working toward, and a full-colour badge for any you've achieved.
