Every JLK role has a clear progression. Your current role is highlighted below. The academies on the right show the focus areas at each level.

    Certification levels you can earn

    Across all academies, courses are tiered into six certification levels. The further you progress, the more recognition you earn.

    👋 Specialist pathway: Tour Excellence

    A dedicated 5-level ladder for staff who lead tours — from Tour Foundation through to Tour Platinum (Master Trainer). Sits inside the Parent Experience Academy.
