Everyone who enquired, booked a tour, came (or didn’t), went on the waiting list, or joined: one family per card, from the tour bookings, fact files, tour records, waiting list and calls. A family that didn’t join is asked “are you still looking for a place?” six months after they were last in touch (a year, on the waiting list): yes keeps them for a year, no or no answer deletes everything, as our privacy policy promises. A family that joined is never touched.
