Everything staff have raised about a child from the EYFS matrix. Oldest unanswered first, because the number that matters here is how long something has been sitting — not how many there are.

Visible to the SENCo and to managers. Raising a concern is open to any member of staff — from the EYFS matrix or directly. A child at risk of harm is a safeguarding matter and does not belong here.
