Just Little Kidz (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information about you when you visit our website or enquire about our nursery services.

We are a data controller for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

Just Little Kidz is a nursery and pre-school group operating across South London with settings in Croydon (CR7), Lewisham (SE13) and Bromley (BR1).

2. What data we collect

We may collect the following personal data:

• Your name, email address and phone number (when you submit an enquiry or book a tour)
• Your child’s name, date of birth and any relevant care or medical information (during the enrolment process)
• Technical data such as your IP address and browser type when you use our website (via server logs)

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

• Respond to your enquiry or tour request
• Manage your child’s enrolment and ongoing care
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g. Ofsted registration, safeguarding requirements)
• Send you relevant information about your child’s place or our services (where you have consented)

Our lawful basis for processing is: legitimate interests (enquiries and general communications), contract performance (enrolment and care provision), and legal obligation (regulatory and safeguarding requirements).

4. How long we keep your data

• Enquiry, tour and waiting-list details where your child does not join us: six months after you were last in touch we email you to ask whether you are still looking for a place. If you say yes, we keep your details for another year and ask again then. If you say no, or we do not hear from you within 30 days, we delete everything you gave us, including any fact file. While you are on our waiting list, we ask once a year instead.
• Enrolled child records: retained for the duration of the placement plus 7 years (in line with Ofsted and legal guidance)

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We may share it with:

• Ofsted and local authority bodies where required by law
• n8n, the service that receives our tour booking and child fact file forms and passes them to our records, and Google, where those records are kept
• Formsubmit, which delivers job applications from our careers page
• Emergency services or healthcare professionals in the event of a safeguarding concern

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erase your data (where there is no lawful reason to retain it)
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability — receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
