Pick 5–8 criteria that felt relevant this week (rotating focus, previous amber areas, group priorities). For each: RAG-rate it, note what you saw and heard, name the impact on children, and log any immediate coaching or action.

💡 Weekly rhythm suggestion: book 15 minutes at the same point each week (end of Friday shift works well). Rotate focus — one week safeguarding + inclusion, next week curriculum + behaviour, etc. Over a term you'll have covered every L1-applicable criterion at least once.
