EYFS statutory ratios applied (Sept 2023):
Under 2 → 1 adult per 3 children · Age 2 → 1 adult per 5 children · Age 3+ → 1 adult per 8 children (Level 3 practitioner baseline; 1:13 with EYP/QTS not counted here — conservative).
"Staff on shift" = clocked in on the nursery tablet (or on break). "Children on site" = last check-in action today is drop-off. Update key person to the child's assigned staff member on children registry so the display is accurate.
