The bonus

£300

Paid to you when your referred friend passes their 3-month probation. No cap — refer as many as you like, we pay for every one who stays.

Who to refer

Someone qualified in early years — Level 2, Level 3, or higher
Who you'd genuinely trust with children
Who cares about the work — not just looking for any job
Who could handle the JLK culture (warm, respectful, high standards)
Anyone previously turned down or who left is fine to re-refer if the situation has changed

Everything below stays private with JLK Management. Your friend won't see this. We'll reach out to them directly and mention you referred them (unless you'd rather we didn't — flag in the notes).

How the bonus works: we contact your friend within 5 working days. If they're hired and pass their 3-month probation, £300 lands with your next paycheque after the 3-month anniversary.
