Every fact file the parents have submitted, turned into a care plan doc. Search by child or parent name, filter by site, tap Open to view the full plan.
Families who didn’t join: see 👨👩👧 Families, where each family is grouped with its tour and waiting list, and a care plan is deleted with everything else six months after they were last in touch, unless they ask us to keep in touch.
🔍 Ofsted-friendly view: this is where inspectors can be shown evidence that every child has an individual care plan on file. Use the site filter to isolate one nursery, or Print (top-right of the controls bar) for a paper copy.
