🚪 Rooms and moves
Each room’s age band and places, which room every child is in, and room moves: now, or planned for a date. Planned moves happen on their own on the day. The occupancy planner and the rota use all of this.
Rooms
Ages are in months: 0–24 is under 2, 24–36 is two-year-olds, 36–60 is three and over. A child moves up when they reach the room’s “to” age. Places are how many children the room takes in a session.

Only managers and directors can change the rooms.
Children by room
“Move” puts a child in a room today, or plans it for a date. Flags show children who have reached the top of their room’s age band (or will within 8 weeks) with no move planned.
