Staff × Courses

Cells show the most recent completion per (staff member × course). Hover for the full date / expiry. Each staff row shows their declared role, site and accumulated CPD hours. Green = in date · Amber = expires within 30 days · Red = overdue · Dash = no record yet.

Every completion, one per line, with filters and a CSV: 🧾 Raw records. Tap a nursery’s green row to fold it away.

Privacy reminder: this page reads HR-grade personal data (staff names + training dates). Don't paste the URL or the manager key into any public channel. Rotate the manager key in apps-script-training-records.gs if you suspect a leak.
