Bronze courses take 20–25 minutes · Silver 25–30 minutes · Gold 30–40 minutes. Each course's hero shows its exact time. Need a course that's not listed?
Speak to your manager. New courses can be added to any of the six academies at any time. If you've completed a course externally (e.g. paediatric first aid through a provider), bring the certificate to your manager and they'll log it on the records sheet for you.
